Armonia Residence is a residential complex designed to provide a balanced living environment, where the community lives in harmony with nature and the needs of every resident. The goal of this project is to inspire people and offer them the comfort and beauty of urban life.

Located in the Tractorul neighborhood, at 9 Ioan Popasu Street, Brașov, Armonia Residence spans a 20,000 m² private property, of which 7,850 m² is green space and consists of 7 buildings with a height regime of P+7+10F. The project will be carried out in two phases to ensure a well-planned development.

Phase 1 started in June 2024 and includes 2 buildings, with a total of 118 studios, 2- and 3-room apartments, 1,047 m² of commercial space, and 151 underground and above-ground parking spots. The ground floors of the buildings will feature commercial spaces such as a supermarket, butcher shop, pharmacy, beauty salon, and medical office, designed to provide daily convenience for residents.
